630 LTD · ACCOUNT & DATA DELETION
Delete your NgweSayin account
You can delete your online account and its associated online backups. Save any records you want to keep before proceeding.
Option 1: In the app
- Open NgweSayin and go to Settings → Online backup / Account.
- Sign in if needed and choose the account deletion action.
- Read the confirmation and confirm only if you want to delete your account.
When the in-app deletion request succeeds, the account and associated records are removed from the active database.
Option 2: Request deletion without the app
Email ngwesayin@630.email from the email address registered to your NgweSayin account, with the subject “NgweSayin account deletion request.” State that you want your NgweSayin account and associated online backups deleted. We will verify ownership before acting and reply with any required next steps and confirmation when completed.
Email a deletion request ↗Never send your password, verification/reset codes or full financial ledger. This link opens your email application; it does not submit or delete anything automatically. If the link does not open, copy the address into your email app.
What is deleted, and what may remain?
- Your account, sessions, verification codes and associated online backups are deleted from the active database.
- Restricted server recovery copies are retained for 30 days. Expired copies are removed by hourly cleanup, so removal may occur approximately one hour after the retention limit.
- Only a random account ID and deletion time are retained as a deletion marker during the recovery window. Recovery procedures reapply markers to prevent deleted accounts from reappearing, and revoke restored sessions/codes.
- Deleting your online account is separate from resetting the local ledger on your device. Exported/shared JSON or CSV files and recipients' copies are not deleted automatically.
- Support email correspondence and your own mailbox messages are not automatically removed by app account deletion. You may separately request deletion of support correspondence.
